Membership in the Consortium is generally open to any entity that is supportive of the Consortium’s purpose, has executed a Membership Agreement, and, of course, has paid the appropriate dues.
Applicants for any of the above Membership Classifications agree to be bound by the terms summarized here and outlined on the Membership Packages page.
Applicants are encouraged to review the full texts of these materials before executing a Membership Agreement.
The term of membership is annual, on a year-to-year basis, expiring on the 365th day from the date of acceptance of the application.
Membership Agreements are not binding on the Consortium until funds clear for the initial membership fee. Membership fees are nonrefundable.
Ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of a membership year, the Consortium invoices the then‑current renewal fee to Members. Payment constitutes a membership renewal.
There is no duty incumbent on either party to renew a Membership Agreement. The laws of the State of Delaware govern all claims or disputes arising from a Membership Agreement.
